Exchange and Return Policy
No exchanges or returns are accepted according to the store policy, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. The customer must notify the store within one day only from the date of receiving the product, and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
All requests will be reviewed by the store team, and a decision will be made regarding whether the item is eligible for exchange or return.
If the issue is related to size differences, the customer is responsible for ensuring the correct measurements before placing the order.
The store is not responsible if the fabric type does not suit the customer, as fabric details are clearly mentioned in the product deion.
Exchange or return requests will not be accepted if the defect is caused by misuse, or if the abaya has been washed contrary to the washing instructions provided with the product and published on the store’s Instagram page.
